Self Portrait

For this assignment, we had to do a self portrait of ourselves and make it look like cartoonish. We had to use illustrator. So for each of your face we had to use layers. We used the selection tool, the direct tool, the pen tool, etc. This was hard for me because you had to line up your lips, eyes, hair, etc. The difficult part was the teeth and lips plus the eye balls, i had to redo them. It took me 2 weeks to finish it, plus you had to add a background or make your own, i decided to just add flowers with colors to brighten the picture up. the background was also hard to do because i had to line up the flowers and that took like 3 days, i think. I didn't want to add my nose because it looked horrible, it didn't match my skin tone. But overall i tried my best.
